No fix, no fee. If we can’t get your account reinstated, you get a full refund of our fee. Physical products or digital. Shopify or WooCommerce. First suspension or fifth.
Most agencies promise to “look into” your suspension. We would rather name the finish line up front, so there is nothing to argue about later.
Fixed means your Google Merchant Center account is out of suspension and your products are serving again on Google Shopping. Not “we filed an appeal.” Not “we made some changes and we’re hopeful.” Reinstated, and selling.
If that doesn’t happen, you don’t pay.
Every Merchant Center enforcement we take on, on every platform we work with.
Misrepresentation suspensions, including repeat offences and account-level enforcement
Policy violation suspensions across the full range of Shopping policies
Item-level disapprovals and product feed errors
Physical products and digital products alike
Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix and custom-built stores
1. We audit your store and your Merchant Center account, fix whatever is breaking policy, and file the appeal.
2. If Google reinstates your account, we have done the job you paid us for.
3. If we exhaust every appeal route and your account is still suspended, you email us and we refund 100% of our fee within 7 business days. No forms. No retention call. No argument.
The guarantee covers our fee. It does not cover your Google Ads spend, which is paid to Google rather than to us.
A guarantee with no limits isn’t bold, it’s vague. So here is exactly where ours stops.
If your store sells something Google prohibits outright, no amount of compliance work will fix it. We will tell you that at the free audit stage and decline the job rather than take money we can’t earn.
If the fix requires changes to your store and you decide not to make them, we can’t be held to a result we were prevented from reaching.
If you or another agency files appeals while we are engaged, that resets Google’s review and we lose control of the outcome.
Outside those three, the guarantee stands.
Send us the notice and your store URL. Within 24 hours we’ll tell you whether we can fix it — and if we can’t, we’ll say so. The audit is free.
